Learn more about our new Boot Camp "360" program that will have you on your way to being and staying fit in 2020....we are offering two meetings next week so may learn more about this fantastic program!

In a nutshell, this is what you can expect when you join our Boot Camp 360 program:
You will come in for an extensive evaluation with Dr. Mantor on the first day, at which time she will go over your entire medical history and obtain an EKG as well as give you an order for any necessary labs. Baseline pictures, height, measurements, blood pressure, and weight will be obtained. She will then make a recommendation for a weight loss or nutritious diet program for you, and you will be given any necessary meal replacements to begin your week. We will also set up 4 appointments for you for the incredible EMSCULPT muscle building/fat burning and/or other body sculpting devices that Dr. Mantor feels would be most fitting to your needs. You will follow up every week to see Dr. Mantor, get weighed, address any issues, and if necessary, discuss prescriptions. You will be given the following week’s meal replacements as necessary each week. In addition, every weekend you will undergo a one hour group personal training session by an ACE certified personal trainer who will individualize the session to each of your individual abilities and personal needs. At the end of the 6 week program, follow up pictures, measurements, weights, BP, and any necessary lab work will be done, as well, to show your progress!
