How Is the Y LIFT® Performed?
The Y LIFT® is a highly specialized, physician-performed procedure that restores youthful facial contours without surgery. Unlike traditional dermal filler injections that simply add volume beneath the skin, the Y LIFT® uses an advanced lifting technique to reposition and support the deeper structures of the face.
During your procedure, Dr. Gina Mantor begins by carefully evaluating your facial anatomy and discussing your aesthetic goals. A local anesthetic is used to maximize comfort throughout the treatment.
Next, a specially designed blunt titanium instrument is gently introduced through tiny entry points in the skin. This instrument allows Dr. Mantor to carefully elevate the deeper facial tissues into a more youthful position without making incisions or cutting the skin. Once the tissues are lifted, FDA-approved hyaluronic acid filler is strategically placed beneath the muscle to help support and maintain the new position while restoring youthful facial volume.
After the filler is placed, Dr. Mantor carefully sculpts and contours the face to create smooth, balanced, and natural-looking results that complement your unique facial features.
