Yes. I personally meet with patients to discuss their concerns, medical history, goals, and treatment options. As a physician-led practice, we take the time to understand the whole person—not simply recommend a treatment based on a single concern.

What happens during my complimentary consultation?

Your consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. I will listen to what you would like to improve, evaluate the areas that concern you, and explain which options may be appropriate. You will leave with a personalized plan, clear expectations, and answers to your questions.

What makes Dr. Mantor’s practice different from other medical spas?

I am a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, a Master Injector, and the only certified Y LIFT® physician in Ohio. I have provided aesthetic injections since 2008. Every recommendation is guided by extensive medical experience, facial anatomy, safety, and your individual goals.

Will my treatment plan be customized for me?

Absolutely. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to aesthetics, body contouring, weight management, or healthy aging. I consider your anatomy, health history, lifestyle, comfort level, budget, and desired outcome before recommending a plan.

Will I still look natural after an aesthetic treatment?

That is always the goal. My approach is to help you look refreshed, balanced, and confident—not noticeably “done.” I focus on facial proportions, careful product placement, and conservative treatment planning that complements your natural features.

How do I know which injectable treatment is right for me?

You do not need to decide before your consultation. I will explain whether Botox®, Dysport®, Letybo™, dermal filler, Y LIFT®, PDO threads, or another option is best suited to your concerns. In some cases, a combination approach provides the most natural and balanced result.

Why does medical experience matter when choosing an injector?

Injectable treatments require a detailed understanding of facial anatomy, blood vessels, muscles, aging patterns, medications, and potential complications. As a board-certified physician and experienced injector, I evaluate both the aesthetic and medical aspects of every treatment to prioritize safety and natural-looking results.

Can I receive treatment on the same day as my consultation?

In many cases, yes. If you are medically appropriate for the treatment, have had your questions answered, and feel comfortable proceeding, we may be able to provide treatment during the same visit. Some laser, medical, or more advanced procedures may require additional preparation or a separate appointment.

What if I am not sure what treatment I need?

That is completely normal. Many patients come to us knowing what they would like to improve but not which service to choose. Tell us what is bothering you, and I will help you understand the safest and most effective options without pressure.

Do you offer options that do not involve injections or surgery?

Yes. We offer numerous noninvasive and minimally invasive treatments for the face, skin, body, muscles, and pelvic floor. Options include EMFACE®, EMSCULPT® and EMSCULPT NEO®, EMSELLA™, Exilis Ultra 360, Vanquish ME, LaseMD Ultra, laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, and regenerative skin treatments.

Can you combine treatments in one personalized plan?

Yes. Aging, skin quality, muscle tone, fat distribution, and volume loss are often connected. I may recommend a carefully planned combination of treatments that address multiple concerns while still keeping your results natural. Your plan can also be completed gradually based on your schedule and budget.

Do you provide physician-supervised weight-management care?

Yes. As a physician who is board-certified in Obesity Medicine, I understand that weight is influenced by biology, metabolism, health conditions, medications, hormones, nutrition, activity, and lifestyle. Our programs are medically supervised and personalized, with an emphasis on sustainable progress and preserving lean muscle.

What should I expect after my treatment?

Recovery depends on the service you receive. Some treatments have little to no downtime, while others may cause temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, or peeling. Before your procedure, we will clearly explain what to expect, how to prepare, and how to care for the treated area afterward.

How quickly will I see results?

Every treatment has a different timeline. Some injectable results may be noticeable within days, while collagen-building, muscle-toning, skin-renewal, and body-contouring treatments develop gradually over several weeks or months. I will explain when you can reasonably expect results and whether maintenance treatments are recommended.
