Firstly, what is diastasis recti?

Diastasis recti is a partial or complete separation your rectus abdominis, also know as your “six-pack” muscles, which meet at the midline of your stomach. 33 to 66% of pregnant women will have diastasis recti at the end of their pregnancy.
